Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number is showing delivered, please wait another 2-3 days to see if the post office has scanned it as delivered but has not actually delivered yet (some locations do this). If after a few days it is still not received please reach out to Gurumi Supply and your local Post Office as soon as possible.
The order will be considered completed. If the buyer does not reach out to Gurumi Supply within 14 days after tracking number shows delivered and the order was not received
To avoid a lost package, always double check your mailing address. If the incorrect address is entered, it is not the fault of Gurumi Supply. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the address is correct.
There is an issue with my order/ I'm having trouble with my product
If there are any issues with your order please contact Gurumi Supply within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you are having trouble using your eyes/noses/washers please reach out to Gurumi Supply within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, waiting longer could result in a discontinued or sold out product.

Some of my eyes (trapezoid or 3D shaped eyes) came with hard washers (machine washers), how do I use them and attach them?
About some washers: These washers are very tight and were designed for machine application to fit snug. There are a few methods to assist.
- Tool available in Gurumi Supply shop - Safety Eye Gismo
- Warming up some water and placing the washers in there so they can soften up a little bit
- Take a nail file or screw driver to open the hole a little bit, or small slit on the inside of the hole
- Placing a cloth over the eye and the washer and lightly hit it with a hammer & socket to secure it in place
- Use tweezers to hold washer and lightly heat up by fire, the hole will become slightly bigger as it heats up
- Use a metal washer as leverage to push down on plastic washer to attach to eye
I entered the wrong shipping address, What can I do?
Once an order is placed and it is realized the address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible.
Due to the volume of orders received and/or the holiday season upon us, no correction will be made. Instead the order will be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed with the correct address.
Please understand that during the holiday season there is no time to make address corrections on our side. We ask that you double check your shipping address on you profile to make sure it is accurate.
